Someone’s said: “You take money that doesn’t belong to you, but return money you’ve earned…” This attitude to Credit has kept till the times we live in.
Any kind of Credit is a Good thing. Its nice use goods & services you cannot buy now, case you don’t have enough money to buy them. More pleasantly to use goods & services immediately – See smth on the shelf of the store, take it, signed some papers & go home use it & enjoy to know, what you have some you couldn’t buy, but can use it.
Banks enabled to give us such a possibility. However, giving on credit to “someone from the street”, for example the Citizen having ID or Car license, bank has the risk.
A bank insures itself against the negative profit using high rates that disappoints consumer that takes a credit. West uses another method. All information about consumer is in special organization – Credit History Bureau. Later on this information (Credit History) will be available for a bank whether it really necessary to give a new credit or not.
