Life in Credit Can Make your Life more expensive

Saturday, April 29th, 2006

By the way there is an interesting thing in the world of credits: an extra charge per merchandise, given in credit. How this extra charge appeared? Don’t the stores get the money for its goods in full size & onetime from banks? Don’t the banks get the interest from given credit? Why final consumer should make an additional payment about 15-20 % that is equal to credit interest?

It seems to me that this interest or the difference in price is a kind of kickback to bank for the given services to the store. But, anyway, I can be mistaken; nevertheless I don’t understand the sense of this extra charge. I want to underline, that I’m not against credit in general. I just change my behavior to the system & credit rules, that at the given moment don’t work for people…
My Dears, remember that life in credit can make your life more expensive.

Who Pays & Who Gets

Lately there was the event that changed my behavior to consumer credits. I’ve lost my passport. And I had to show my passport to get some documents. So, I had no one. I searched every place to find it, I even thought that my passport was stolen or I had lost it at some pub, for example. I called my friend, and he told me that some one could pinch it and at that very moment could use it to get a credit. I was shocked.

I usually keep my insurance policy there. I just realized that the F**r could sign to $50 000.00- $100 000.00, so it made me sick. Then I called my friend, that works in the Bank, and he registered my personal data. But thanks to God, I had found my pass. There was under the couch. Frankly, I was very glad, when I had found it. That some hours completely has changed my behavior to consumer credits. I tried to imagine the different situations.

So, I realized that at the given moment the practice of dispensation of consumer credits is so ideal for all kind of cheats. Just imagine: steal a pass, and the credit will pay the owner of the passport, for example. So, it seems to me that every kind of credit should be the subject of much verification to protect people from different machinations.

In my opinion the good decision is to forbid some kind of credits, specifically the credits where initial installment equal to zero. If some one wants to buy something for credit, he or she has to pay 30%-50% of the full cost. This is the way when the customer assures his ability, but, as I understand many Banks don’t care who gets credit and how it will be paid back
